Product Description
The term "Litz wire" is derived from the German word "litzendraht" meaning woven wire. It is made of UEW, PEW or EIW of which more wires are twisted for each different type,.They are constructed of individually insulated magnet wires either twisted or braided into a uniform pattern. Litz wire construction is designed to minimize the power losses exhibited in solid conductors due to "skin effect."
Features: After more wired are twisted, it forms a lower circumferential epidermis in order to decrease the skin effect and the equivalent register of high frequency, It will be easier to overcome the difficulties in designing coils that shall have higher pressure proof and higher resistance.
Application: width coil, high frequency transformer, electro-magnetic oven coil, and high frequency coil. relays, inverters, power supplies, heat induction equipment.
Triple insulated winding wire Features:(1) Triple insulated winding wire is made of copper conduct covered by 2 or 3 extrude insulation layers, and matched the requirements of UL-2353, (2) it can weld with welding tin directly without peeling outer insulation layer first.(3)It also can be manufactured to be peeling easily for manufacturing needs .Size: 0.10mm to 1.00mm
